Life On Music offers all therapy and lessons at a standard rate of $120 per 50-minute session.
There is a $20 per-visit travel fee for all in-home or in-community sessions.
Invoices are sent monthly through our secure client portal SimplePractice, where payments can be easily made using a debit or credit card.
Insurance
We are currently considered out-of-network providers with all insurance companies. We will happily provide you with a “superbill” to be used for reimbursement. The amount of coverage varies by insurance plan and reimbursement for services cannot be guaranteed.
If you are concerned about out-of-pocket costs, please inquire about our sliding scale options. A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available and require completion of an application along with proof of income or participation in qualifying programs (e.g., EBT, CHIP, Provider One, WIC, or Apple Health).
Discount Packages
We understand many insurance companies don't reimburse for therapy services and some families prefer not to use their benefits, so we offer discounted plans for families who pay out-of-pocket.
Because packages are prepaid and discounted, they are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

Terms & Conditions
Plan of Care Packages work just like a punch card and never expire. Payments for packages can be made in one lump sum or in monthly installments. Invoices are sent monthly through our secure client portal SimplePractice, where payments can be easily made using a debit or credit card. Checks made out to Life On Music are also accepted.
To offset therapists travel expenses, a $20 per session travel fee will be added to all in-home or in-community sessions. Discounts are not applied to travel fees.
You may cancel your Plan of Care Package at any time. If you choose to cancel, used sessions will be re-billed at the week-to-week rate. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
Twenty-four hours advanced notice must be provided to the therapist in writing prior to canceling a session. If you need to cancel within twenty-four hours of your session for any reason, or you no-show an appointment, you will be charged the full rate. If you have pre-paid for a Plan of Care Package, your "punch card" will receive a "punch" for the missed session. Travel fees are not charged in the case of late cancelations. Rescheduling the same week is always encouraged and subject to therapist availability.
